A small team in Zürich, building one thing properly
Uliasti Chat is made by Uliasti GmbH, a software agency in Zürich. The product grew out of work for clients who kept paying people to answer questions their websites already answered.
Why it exists
Most organisations publish what their customers need and then answer the same questions by phone and email anyway, because nobody can find the right line on the right page at the right moment. We built an assistant that does the finding, says where the answer came from, and admits when the content has no answer.
How we work
We set up every client ourselves: import the content, tune the first answers, review the unanswered questions in the first weeks. The product is designed so that the fix for a wrong answer is always a change to the content, never a ticket to us.
We do not sell what the system cannot do:
- Security and data protection — what is stored, where it goes, who sees it.
- The FAQ — what the assistant deliberately will not answer.
- The guides — how retrieval works and how to prepare your content.
