Municipalities and public administration
Every resident's question, answered on the municipal website
Moving in, registering a car, a building permit, waste collection days, the fee for a new ID. The answers exist, spread across pages, PDFs and regulations. The assistant finds the right one and tells the resident which office to go to and what to bring.
A municipality's website holds hundreds of pages and documents written by different departments over many years. Residents cannot tell which of them applies, so they call the front desk or write an email, and the same twenty questions come back every week.
With the website and the regulations imported, the assistant answers from the official text: the fee as published, the opening hours of the right counter, the documents to bring. Where a procedure requires an appointment, it links to the booking page.
Nothing is invented. When a question is about a specific case, such as a pending application, the assistant says it cannot see that and gives the department's contact details.
Knowledge base
What the assistant answers from
Every answer names the page or document it was written from, so it can be checked. These are the sources that typically make up the knowledge base in this sector.
- Municipal website
- Regulations and fee schedules
- Forms and checklists
- Opening hours per office
- Waste and recycling calendar
- News and announcements
What it deliberately does not do
It has no access to residents' records or applications. Case questions go to the responsible office.
It does not give legal interpretations of regulations; it quotes them and names the office.
It answers only from published content, so an unpublished fee change is not reflected until the page is.
How it works
Three steps. Under an hour. No developers needed.
Import your website and documents
Enter your website address and every public page becomes part of the knowledge base. Add documents alongside: price lists, manuals, and the internal documents your team shares, such as handbooks and process guides.
Customise the widget
Set your colours, logo, assistant name and welcome message, and choose the default language. Preview it live before it goes public.
Go live
Paste one line of code into your website, or into an internal page for your employees. The assistant answers right away, around the clock, in the language of whoever asks.
