How it works
From website address to live assistant in under an hour
There is no project plan and no integration. Six steps, most of them minutes, and we do them together with you.
Import your website
You give us the address. The crawler reads every public page, strips navigation and boilerplate, and indexes the text. Several domains can go into one knowledge base. Pages that did not change are skipped on the next import.
Add documents and sources
Drop files or folders onto the Documents tab, or connect Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive. Scans are read with OCR. A sync later picks up only what is new.
Customise the widget
Colours, logo, assistant name, welcome message, suggested questions, privacy note, default language and placement. Everything is previewed live on a page that looks like your site.
Test with real questions
Ask the questions your team hears most. Read the answers and the passages they came from. Where something is wrong or missing, fix the content, re-import, ask again.
Go live
Paste one script tag into your site or content management system. There is no integration with your backend. The assistant starts answering immediately.
Watch the gaps close
The dashboard lists questions the content could not answer. Add the missing page, and the next visitor gets an answer. We review this list with you in the first weeks.
The three steps that matter, animated
Import, customise, embed. This is what the admin sees.
Import your website and documents
Enter your website address and every public page becomes part of the knowledge base. Add documents alongside: price lists, manuals, and the internal documents your team shares, such as handbooks and process guides.
Customise the widget
Set your colours, logo, assistant name and welcome message, and choose the default language. Preview it live before it goes public.
Go live
Paste one line of code into your website, or into an internal page for your employees. The assistant answers right away, around the clock, in the language of whoever asks.
What you need from your side
A website address
Public pages are enough to start. No export, no access to your CMS.
Someone who knows the questions
Twenty real questions from your inbox or phone line make the best test set. See the guide on preparing content.
Someone who can paste a script tag
A webmaster or agency, or whoever edits your site. Five minutes.
Try it with your own website
Send us the address. We import it before the call and show you the assistant answering your real questions.
